- Administer a Customer’s account

We do not sell personal information to third parties.Customer email addresses and any personal or third party customer information will not be distributed or shared with any third parties for promotional purposes.
Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password. PNP Manager will not disclose such information to third parties without the permission of our customers. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our customers.
The user registration and password will be automatically disabled when the mssion is closed by PNP Manager.
Tracking Technologies
As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We do link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.

PNP Manager has an agreement with a third party partner, Bullhorn in order to maintain personal data. Bullhorn has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Data under our control. When the Site is accessed using Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5.0 or higher, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects information using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure that Data is safe, secure, and available only to you. Bullhorn also implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and hosts the Site in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to protect against interference or access from outside intruders. Finally, PNP Manager provides individual user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. These safeguards help protect against unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and provide for the appropriate use of Data. Bullhorn is committed to maintain data privacy rights for its customers. In addition to its web privacy policy, Bullhorn self-certifies with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s EU Safe Harbor Framework which concerns the transfer of data from the European Union to the United States. Bullhorn complies with the U.S. – E.U. Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal information from European Union member countries. Applicable law and dispute resolution
PNP Manager Privacy Statement is governed by the laws of Belgium
The Parties will make their best effort to settle any dispute arising between them within one (1) month from the date of notification of such a dispute by the most diligent Party to the other. Should the said attempt for amicable settlement fail within the aforementioned period, all disputes arising out of or otherwise related to the PNP Manager Privacy Statement about its validity, interpretation or execution shall then definitively be settled by the Belgian courts of Liege.
